Refund Policy:
If a paid press release does not follow our terms and conditions, we may hold off on approving it until you make the required changes. If it still cannot be approved after changes, we will give you PR credits that you can use later to publish a new press release.
Once a press release is approved and published, it cannot be edited or changed, and it is not refundable. If you delete a published press release, no refund will be given. Please make sure all information in your press release is correct before publishing.
If your press release is rejected, your PR credits will be added back to your account for future use.
If a promotion is not accepted by a website, we will email you the reason. You can then use the payment for any other promotion we offer.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for PR distribution, promotion credits, or Monday Newswire subscription credits after payment. However, these credits can still be used later for press release distribution.
Distribution and coverage of press releases depend on each website’s policy and cannot be guaranteed.
