If a paid press release is determined to contravene our terms and conditions, we retain the prerogative to withhold approval until requisite amendments are made. Should approval remain elusive following modifications, we will furnish you with PR credits earmarked for distribution, which may be redeployed at a later juncture to disseminate a fresh press release.
Upon approval and subsequent deletion of a press release by the user, refunds will not be facilitated. The onus rests squarely on you to ensure the veracity of the information contained within your press release prior to publication. Refunds will not be issued for press releases expunged by the user.
In the event of a promotion’s non-acceptance by a website, we will dispatch an email delineating the cause, and you will have the option to reallocate the sum towards any alternative promotion we offer.
Please be apprised that refunds will not be forthcoming for PR distribution, promotion credits, or Monday Newswire subscription credits post-payment. Nevertheless, the credits remain at your disposal for future utilization in disseminating your press release.
Distribution and pickup of press releases are subject to the individual policies of each website and are not guaranteed.
Furthermore, kindly refrain from tagging Tier2 partners in social media handles, as doing so may result in the suspension of your account pursuant to their policies.
